forgiveness

Forgiveness is a funny thing , it warms the hearts and cools the sting . A mistake is always forgivable , rarely excusable and always unacceptable . Forgive many things in other , nothing in yourself . Always  forgive your enemies - nothing annoys them so much . Forgive your enemies , but never forget their names .  

WHAT IS FORGIVENESS ?
- Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself .

- Forgiveness is like faith . You have to keep reviving it .
- Forgiveness is the final form of love .

- Forgiveness means letting go of the past .
- Forgiveness is the answer to the child's dream of a miracle by which what is broken 
  is made whole again , what is soiled is made clean again . 
- Forgiveness is the economy of the heart . Forgiveness saves the expense of anger , 
  the cost of hatred , the waste of spirits .
- Forgiveness is the fragrance that the violet sheds on the heel that has crushed it .
- Forgiveness is the remission of sins . For it is by this that what has been lost , and 
  was  found , is saved from being lost again . 
- Forgiveness is the giving , and so the receiving , of life .

   When woman love us , they forgive us everything , even our crimes , when they do not love us , they give us credit for nothing , not even our virtues .  

A friend is one who knows you and loves you just the same .
A friend should be one in whose understanding and virtue we can equally confide , and whose opinion we can value at once for its justness and its sincerity . A friend to all is a friend to none ! A friendship can weather most things and thrive in thin soil , but it needs a little mulch of letters and phone calls and small , silly presents every so often - just to save it from dying out completely . 
An insincere and evil friend is more to be feared than a wild beast , a wild beast may wound your body , but an evil friend will wound your mind . Be courteous to all , but intimate with few , and let those few be well tried before you give them your confidence . But friendship is precious , not only in the shade , but in the sunshine of life , and thanks to a benevolent arrangement the greater part of life is sunshine . But friendship is the breathing rose , with sweets in every fold . Friendship is held to be the severest test of character . It is easy , we think , to be loyal to a family and clan , whose blood is in your own veins .
